As a fitness coach and NLP practitioner I help women reconnect with their bodies and remember what it feels like to move with trust, ease, and confidence.
I know youβve tried to figure this out before β but something always felt off, hasnβt it?
Maybe the plans were too intense.
Maybe everything felt all-or-nothing.
Maybe you kept telling yourself you just needed to βtry harderββ¦ even though a part of you already knew it wasnβt about motivation at all.
When you look back, you might start to notice that none of it was actually your fault.
You were never the problem.
You just hadnβt found a way of moving that feels like you β something that supports your energy, your season of life, and what you truly need right now.
Youβre so far from alone in that.
I support women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected to move into a place where movement starts to feel natural again.
Where strengthening your body becomes something you actually look forward to, even if youβre not quite sure how that happens yet.
Through bite-sized movement, simple habits, and the deeper mindset work that helps you rewrite old stories, you begin to build real strength β the kind that lasts.
And as those shifts settle in, you might realise that the more you understand your body, the easier it becomes to show up for yourself in ways you didnβt think were possible.
Because when movement stops feeling like something you βshouldβ doβ¦
it becomes something that supports you β every single day, in a way that feels good to you.
As women, society has always put us last and conditioned us to think we aren't enough. I'm so passionate about changing that, going against the messaging and conditioning weβve had for years, and helping others see the same. As women we are already strong and resilient we just donβt know it or see it in ourselves.
I am passionate about helping you build self-confidence and self-belief by empowering you to move fearlessly and trust your body.

With nearly 2 decades of experience in movement and the fitness industry, I have helped a lot of women to reach their goals to move pain free, get stronger and be ready for anything life throws at them.
I have studied extensively in the field of movement and dance, pain and injury rehabilitation, Pilates, behaviour change and so much more.
